"The Overshare"

Living an unmasked ADHD life of awkward moments, oversharing, and thoughts moving a mile a minute. When you feel safe with the people in your life, those uncomfortable moments of oversharing are not so bad. In fact, oversharing helps others to understand why you are the way you are. As long as those people see you with eyes of empathy and compassion, rather than eyes of judgement, keep sharing those random thoughts.
