This original painting Peaceful Pause serves as a reminder to allow your body to rest and heal. This piece was started in summer 2024 after a series of speed painting competitions and before my knee surgery for a fully torn ACL. After an intentional, intuitive year-long pause in it’s making, I finished the final few touches with a healed body, mind, and soul. It was a much needed peaceful pause.
